After a couple of seasons of making do with a mate’s old fishing chair, I decided to treat myself to the CK Satellite Carping Station – and in doing so I bought my own little piece of luxury!
Not only is the seat super comfortable, with thick padded panels on the back and base of the seat, it has so many other features that I can’t imagine life without it.
I like to fish with two rods and normally that would require the use of a pod – but not with the Satellite Carping Station. Inbuilt into the chair’s frame are adjustable front and back arms that allow you to position the supplied rod pod arms where you like. And that is such a bonus, particularly if you’ve got a long way to walk and you don’t want to get weighed down with kit.
The chair also comes with a sizeable side tray. This can be fixed in place but I like to set it on the swivel option so that I can pull it around when I bait the hook or make a PVA bag, then push it back when I’m done.
The chair also comes with a zipped bag that’s part of seat’s back, and this is invaluable for housing all the accessories that come with it – plus other items like bait tubs and food.
This is so much more than just a chair – and for just £60 it’s an absolute steal.
