All three ponds fished well again this week, despite the colder weather, for fly fishers and bait anglers. The Ice Prevention Wave Machines are working well keeping all the ponds open for angling. Many anglers who visited the fishery using fly or bait/spinning methods caught their permit fish limits.

Best flies this week: Yellow Dancer, Minkines, Orange Fritz, Ace of Spades, Diawl Bachs fished with a sink tip and long leader, or a slow intermediate fly line. Best Baits: Ledgered Worms and Maggots, Powerbait and Taz’s spun at depth.
