To celebrate the start of National Fishing Month, on Sunday 17th July ten members of the Fishing For Everyone Ladies Fishing Club visited The Watch Reservoir for the first time.
Set amongst the most beautiful Scottish countryside, The Watch truly is a picturesque fishery. Although the weather wasn’t great for fishing (July and heavy rainfall!) a few ladies fishing off the bank did catch a fish and all had an enjoyable day.

National Fishing Month this year (2011) runs from the 16th July to the 14th August . The yearly event is organised to try and encourage more people to take up the sport of angling. The Fishing For Everyone Ladies Fishing Club are holding a second event celebrating NFM on August 6th.
