The Angling Trust are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, motivated and knowledgeable volunteer to manage England’s Sensas U20’s World Team. Candidates should share Angling Trust’s goal to make England the number one nation in the world, a position Sensas U20’s have held since 2013, and uphold the tradition of nurturing talented young anglers and supporting their progression to senior level.
The manager of England’s U20’s team will be responsible for managing all aspects of the team activities including planning and delivery of trials, selecting and leading the team to compete in the annual FIPSed World Championships. They will work closely with the management of England’s U15 and U25 teams to ensure a seamless and coordinated pathway through the talent system.
The ideal candidate will possess experience of international angling as manager or angler, managing relationships with young people and adults, hold UKCC coaching qualifications or be committed to attaining qualifications following appointment.
