It’s almost time to pack up and head off to Brighton as Paddle Round the Pier, Europe’s biggest free beach and watersports festival, rolls round again. It’s a great event with a little bit of everything going on that anyone can enjoy: surfing, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, skating, windsurfing, free running, there’s even surf lifesaving, streetball, mountain boarding and freestyle mountain biking.
To make things even better and help you get involved, Ultra Sport EU will be going down with lots of Bic Surf and Bic Kayak equipment for you to get in the water yourself and try out. We will have an expert on hand to help you and give you all the information you need while helping you have fun in the water and get the most out of the products.
Along with all the water, street and urban sports there will be live music, kids entertainment, demonstrations and lots of other things so get down to the beach, enjoy the sunshine, take in the event and visit our team to see exactly what Bic has to offer.
Paddle Round the Pier is a fantastic, free family event at Hove Lawns, Brighton & Hove on the 3rd and 4th of July, 2010. Paddle supports several charities, including Lifeboats, SurfAid International and Whoopsadaisy, so even though the event is free just a small donation could be a massive help.
