The EFTTEX 2010 Exhibition in Valencia, Spain was MAP’s first opportunity to unveil the series to the angling trade, and it was worth the wait as the 3000FD and 4000FD ACS reels were both commended in the best new reel, a huge category covering everything from spinning reels to beach caster and Carp reels, a well deserved accolade taking into account the reel retails at £89.99!
ACS stands for Auto Clip System and is the ultimate aid for any angler striving to fish clipped up for ultimate accuracy without the need to take the line out of the clip each cast for fear of getting snapped up by a powerful fish that is taking line.
Fishing clipped up for accuracy allows the angler to fish continually to the same baited area, often being the key to success whether you are a match, pleasure or specimen angler.
