LAC press release

Lymm Anglers Club is delighted to announce the recruitment of a new Press & Public Relations Officer. North West based angler and writer Clint Walker joins the club with the aim of expanding the profile of Lymm AC and breaking new ground to firmly establish Lymm as one of the biggest and best angling clubs in the region.

Tasked with generating increased membership, turnover and also enhancing corporate national and local links with retailers, manufacturers and suppliers across the UK, Clint is extremely excited by the new challenge. Already a contributor to several weekly and monthly publications and a wide variety of web based media; Clint has been an angler and writer for almost 30 years and knows the North West scene well. He told us; “I’ve been lucky enough to meet some fantastic people and visit some stunning venues during my angling lifetime, but there are few clubs as pioneering as Lymm AC. The club offers everything from big carp, double figure tench, huge catfish and massive perch to monster pike and stunning silver fishing. Across their extensive portfolio of waters, they certainly do have something for everyone; whether it is the rivers such as the mighty Severn or smaller Dane, over 17 miles of canals, huge Cheshire meres or more intimate waters, there really is no better team to be involved with and I’m extremely pleased to be part of it”.
