Sadly, with immediate effect, Luton AC members can no longer fish the River Great Ouse at Haversham as the land has been sold.
On the adjacent North House Lake Mark Ridgeway banked a 21lb 4oz mirror and 19lb common.
Nearby on the river bailiff Terry Willison had 3 pike of 8.5lb, 7lb and 4lb on roach deadbaits.
At Beckerings Reservoir Marc Fonseca managed a 23lb 3oz common. As reported last week Dave Harwood had a 20lb 7oz common and the picture is included in this weeks report. Ben Dixon and his father in-law Ian Jefferson also fished Beckerings with Ben having mirrors of 17lb and 19lb 14oz and Ian a 7lb common and 19lb 10oz mirror. All the fish fell to Dynamite Squid and Octopus boilies tipped with immitation corn.

Following on from the theft from the Woodlands container Luton AC are asking that anyone with any spare tools eg spades, shovels, hammers etc that they would like to donate to the club should contact me Steve Sharp on 07704462635 and I will pass your details on to the Fisheries Management Team to arrange collection. Anything would be gratefully received as most of the clubs vital equipment has been lost.
Luton AC are looking for bailiffs for two river sections near Milton Keynes and Bedford plus the Grand Union Canal around the Stoke Hammond/Leighton Buzzard/Pitstone areas. Please contact Steve Sharp on 07704462635 and I will pass your details to the Fisheries Management Team.
