Over 70 shows and seven million pounds of tackle later, Roger Surgay is to sign off his tackle auctions with a bargain spectacular in Newark.
As the Dragon Carp Direct business grows and new shops open nationwide, Roger is focusing on building bigger mega stores which means there’s no time for hitting the road with his exhibitions.
But he’s vowed to go out with a bang at Newark Showground, on Saturday November 23 with masses of brand new stock for sale at huge savings… ready for Christmas!
“We’ve had great fun, met lots of special people, but we’re going to have a break this year as we’re so busy with the new stores. You can never say we won’t return but it’s time for a break.
“But I don’t want to go out with a whimper – I’m planning on bringing more gear than ever to the final Newark show and cutting the prices to the lowest they’ve ever been,” said Roger.
On sale will be carp rods, feeder rods, waggler rods, alarms, reels, bivvies, pole deals, luggage and half price bait.
