David McCready seems to have his priorities right….out with the girlfriend and in with the new PB pike!
Cheryl, his girlfriend, explains:
“I am writing on behalf of my boyfriend who is a very keen fisherman. He checks out your site on a regular basis. I was wondering if you could display these pictures for me as he choose a 3 day boys fishing holiday to Loch Awe, Scotland in August over a nice quite weekend with me, and to be honest I have to see these photos and hear the story of the catch everyday.
I have now been replaced as the screen saver on his phone for his new PRIZE CATCH!!! a 17lb, 21lb and 22lb 6 pike. Although I moan, I am very proud of him.

Unfortunately, the photos were a bit out of focus, but we think they deserve showing and are clear enough to see why David’s so happy.
We haven’t seen a photo of Cheryl, so can’t possibly comment on whether it was a good idea to swap her for a pike!
